in 2022, City told collins ADEQ inspected MRI's refining "all the time" and MRI "always passed"

During years of complaints, ADEQ claimed MRI passed inspections & the dust was harmless

In August, 2023 Collins learned from ADEQ they were 'inspecting' only once every other year at most

for years, ADEQ told complainants the City was responsible for any community consequences

adeq claims they are not allowed to test inside buildings so the proof can only come from others

MRI partner "retired" in MAY, 2023 when Collins notified ADEQ he lied on the permits. 2 Council quit

In December 13, 2023 ADEQ publicly admits 10 hazardous metals in infiltrating fugitive slag dust!
