in 2022, City told collins ADEQ inspected MRI's refinery "all the time" and MRI "always passed"

In August, 2023 Collins learned from ADEQ they were 'inspecting' only once every other year at most

MRI partner Tom Hurkett 'retired' in MAY, 2023 when Collins notified ADEQ he lied on MRI's permits

During years of complaints, ADEQ claimed dust wasn't migrating from the site & was harmless

In December 13, 2023 ADEQ publicly admiTted 10 hazardous metals in infiltrating fugitive slag dust!
